SleepShift ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Data stored on your device only:

• Shift schedules and rotation patterns you enter
• Sleep logs (bedtime, wake time, quality rating, notes)
• App preferences and settings

This data is stored locally on your device using UserDefaults. We do not transmit, upload, or store this data on any server.

Apple Health Data:

• If you grant permission, the app reads and writes sleep data to Apple Health.
• Health data is handled entirely by Apple's HealthKit framework and is never sent to our servers.

Subscription Data:

• Subscription purchases are processed by Apple and RevenueCat.
• We receive anonymous purchase status information (active/expired) to manage your subscription. We do not receive your payment details.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal contact information.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not use any advertising SDKs or trackers.
• We do not sell or share any data with third parties.
• We do not use analytics or tracking tools.

3. Data Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, all data is permanently deleted. We have no ability to recover your data.

4. Children's Privacy

SleepShift is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

5. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control. You can delete all data at any time by deleting the app.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
